Lead in your chocolate
The FDA has stated that the "safe" amount of lead to consume is below 0.5 ppm (parts per million). Conversely, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has not found threshold for exposure in which there are no harmful effects.
Therefore, it is disturbing to hear that milk chocolate contains up to 0.222 ppm and dark chocolate up to 0.275ppm.
