EPA- Going Toxic
The Toxic Release Inventory Program, requires 26,000 factories to report toxic releases into our air, water and land. Now the EPA wants to weaken the rules to allow companies to release 10 times as much pollution before being required to report to the communities in which they are releasing the toxins.
